Non-Smoking. 4 Bedrooms, 4 Baths. Sleeps 12. WOW ! What a fun place to vacation! With the brightly decorated rooms and ''diner style'' seating in the dining room this is the place to vacation. Wonderful views of the ocean from the livingroom/kitchen. Close to a beach access and priced just right!

The 9' ceilings throughout and 1,700 square feet of room create a spacious and relaxing feeling. The living room has plenty of comfy seating for conversation or enjoying a favorite program or movie on the big screen television. There is also perfect light for reading in one of the two papasan chairs.

The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, flat top stove and built in microwave. The art deco ''diner'' style seating plus the four bar stools at the counter give you plenty of seating for the family. The kitchen also has a small television.  You will enjoy the palm tree and mural doorway that give this area a unique island feeling.

Each of the four bedrooms is decorated in a different color theme with coordinating bed quilts. There is a television in every bedroom to allow every family member to enjoy their favorite programs.

This villa also has WIRELESS internet access.

The building has an elevator for easy access. Plenty of parking. Centrally heated and air-conditioned for year round enjoyment. This villa has its own full size washer and dryer in the laundry room within the unit.

Your vacation in this beautiful villa will allow you access to the Isles Beach Club, community pool and Tiki Bar just down the street on the ocean front.  The Islander Villas community pools are open daily from Memorial Day until Labor Day each year.

Departure maid service included with all weekly rentals.
