Hello to all who love the beach!

My name is Lowell Spivey

I am proud to be a member of the Island Realty Sales Team.

After attending N C State University, I enjoyed a thirty-five year career in the furniture manufacturing industry of North Carolina. I retired in 1996. My wife Shirley and I moved to Ocean Isle Beach from Lenoir, NC in 1996 as permanent residents of the Island (both of us anxious to get to the coast). We have a total of 8 children and 27 grandchildren who all love to come to the beach "but thankfully not at the same time!" We've made property investments at Ocean Isle since 1989. What a wonderful choice it has been being here! Upon moving to Ocean Isle Beach, I immediately entered into Real Estate sales with Island Realty. I am still here! Another great choice for me. I am enjoying a second career in Real Estate here at Ocean Isle Beach.
