The upstairs has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths.  There is a full kitchen including a microwave and dishwasher for easy meal prep and cleanup. A table with six chairs and 3 bar stools at the counter complete the dining area. You may also choose to dine at the picnic table out on the back deck.

The upstairs living room area is not large, but has a television and small seating group.  It is a nice place to get away from the group to just read, talk, or accommodate viewing preferences. The outside deck has 2 lounge chairs for relaxing or napping.  The sound of water will lull you to sleep.

The downstairs features a large great room with plenty of seating and a large flat screen television. It is the perfect place for families to spend time together playing games or watching a movie.  There is a table with four chairs and additional seating at the bar.  The great room kitchen is well equipped with a microwave and refrigerator, but no stove or dishwasher. There are 2 additional bedrooms and a bath on this floor. (NO INTERIOR CONNECTION)

This home is perfect for 2 families or teens and tweens . Enjoy the water views and pleasant summer breezes. Put a line in and see if the fish are biting or pull your boat up to the back door. The outside ground level has a small table and 2 chairs.

There is a washer and dryer on the ground level for your convenience. An enclosed outside shower is perfect when coming in from the beach or the boat.
